Shipping Policy

At Dilipverse, we are committed to delivering your orders as swiftly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices and policies below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2-4 business days
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 4-6 business days
• Remote Areas: 6-8 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also track your order directly from the "My Orders" section in your account.

4. Shipping Address Adjustments

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@dilipverse.com. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery address.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from any applicable refund.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for select pin codes across India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment in cash to the courier executive.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Dilipverse only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
