Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dilipverse. We want to ensure that your experience is seamless. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, navigate to "My Orders," select the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can email our customer support team at hello@dilipverse.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issue, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, our quality check team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a different size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired size.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
